Mark Darco has been a certified personal trainer for over 14 years and during that time has acquired a vast amount of knowledge in the personal training field. Mark has been a fitness instructor to hundreds of men and women of all fitness levels; from beginners to advanced, including training people with various medical and orthopedic conditions. Mark services Brooklyn and NYC.

 

Mark's fitness philosophy is simple, exercise shouldn't just be about vanity. Of course we all want to look our best, but it's about maintaining our quality of life - feeling  strong and confident enough to do  the things we want to do and not let the aging process slow us down. He believes it's important to get the most out of life. That cannot be done without being fit.

 

 In the last few years, Mark has incorporated fitness boxing into his personal training regimen. His clients love it. One client exclaimed, "I hate exercise but I love boxing". This seems to be the sentiment among his personal training clients.
