Boot Camp Schedule
Expect to lose weight, get toned, increase your flexibility and have more energy while exercising outdoors. The entire workout will be modified to be more or less challenging depending on your individual level of fitness. By keeping your heart rate up, while strength training and toning, this is a cardio workout without the monotony of being stuck on a gym elliptical or treadmill. Our Fitness Bootcamp classes are small in order to push you to reach fitness goals. Innovative body weight exercises and band exercises along with many different types of cardio drills are used to keep your heart rate up and burns lots of calories. Repetitions, timing of movements, speed of the exercise will all be depend on your fitness level. You’ll be introduced to modified or conventional pushups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, jump rope and so many other body exercises. Don’t worry, any limitations you have, we will work to make you better.
Using body weight, and resistance tubing, a personal fitness trainer will go through exercises, that target different muscle groups. By doing fitness together, the support of fellow boot campers and an awesome instructor will hold you accountable and assist you with YOUR drive, to be your best and attain your fitness goals, giving you the body of your dreams.
Bring plenty of water, a towel to do ab work on, workout gloves which can be purchased at any gym, sporting good store or bicycle shop. Wear comfortable workout clothes for a combination of strength training and cardio training. Arriving early for a general warm up, free your mind and loosen up, because when the Bootcamp Fitness Camp starts, the fun begins!
